What you'll receive

Atma Toolkit

The Atma Toolkit is a set of four keepsakes every participant receives, designed to carry the shibir home. In alignment with the Brahmarupam theme, each item is a practical spiritual “trigger” — a small reminder woven into daily life that we are the atma, not the body — encouraging regular manan and nididhyas of the core teaching.

Asan

Features a short phrase in transliterated lipi. During puja, pradakshina, or personal devotion, it serves as a reminder of our true identity as the atma.

Gaumukhi

A phrase printed on the gaumukhi offers a subtle reminder during mala and chanting that we are not the body, but the soul.

Mirror Sticker

A small sticker for a mirror at home. Each time you look into the mirror, it prompts reflection that our true self is the atma, not the physical body.

Bookmark

Placed within shastras or everyday books, it features Shlok 116 and reinforces the teachings of the shibir during daily reading and study.
